Capland is a state of mind.
A way of being more present where life is actually happening.<\/strong>

It\u2019s about turning down some of the noise outside, so you can notice more clearly what\u2019s happening within you and around you. Reading. Writing. Walking. Talking. Playing. Sitting in silence. Being with people. Being on your own.<\/strong>

Without turning our backs on the modern world. Just trying not to lose ourselves in it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Less life through a screen.
